At Margott, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. Below you'll find information about order processing, shipping times, tracking and delivery.

Order Processing

All Margott products are prepared and packed specifically for each order.

Most orders are processed within 2 business days before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, product launches or holidays, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time consists of:

Order processing time + shipping transit time

Estimated standard shipping times after dispatch vary depending on the destination.

Typical estimates include:

United States: 2–5 business days
United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
Germany: approximately 5 business days
France: approximately 6 business days
Netherlands: approximately 4 business days
Belgium: approximately 4 business days
Austria: approximately 4 business days
Spain: approximately 8 business days
Italy: approximately 8 business days
Ireland: approximately 8 business days
Portugal: approximately 9 business days
Norway: approximately 5 business days
Switzerland: approximately 5 business days
Other supported European destinations: generally approximately 3–9 business days

These estimates apply after your order has been processed and dispatched.

For example, an order requiring 2 business days of processing followed by an estimated 5-business-day delivery would normally arrive approximately 7 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Where available, the option and corresponding shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Express shipping reduces the carrier transit time but does not normally reduce order processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors including:

delivery destination;
package weight;
selected shipping method; and
the products included in your order.

The exact shipping charge, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, Margott may offer free or discounted shipping as part of a promotion.

Where We Ship

Margott currently ships to supported destinations within:

the European Union;
the United Kingdom;
the United States;
Norway; and
Switzerland.

The destinations available for your order will always be shown during checkout.

At this time, certain islands, overseas territories, remote areas and offshore destinations may not be eligible for delivery.

If your address cannot be accepted during checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to that destination at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delayed Shipments

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including:

carrier delays;
customs procedures;
adverse weather;
unusually high shipping volumes;
local postal disruptions; or
incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your tracking information has not been updated for several days, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Lost Orders

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Claims regarding potentially lost shipments should be reported to Margott within 30 days of the estimated delivery date whenever possible.

We may need to investigate the shipment with the carrier before arranging a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

your order number;
a description of the issue;
clear photographs of the damaged product; and
photographs of the shipping packaging.

These photographs are important so that we can investigate the damage with our fulfilment and shipping partners.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change the address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again.

Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Where such charges are not already included in the price or shipping method shown at checkout, they may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside Margott's control.

Multiple Packages

In some circumstances, products from the same order may be shipped separately.

If this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond those confirmed during checkout unless otherwise agreed with you.
